Costa Blanca is home to a large number of excellent golf courses for your golf breaks or golf holidays.
The Costa Blanca is divided into two sections: North Costa Blanca, the area roughly between Gandia and Benidorm, taking in Teulada Moraira, Javea and Calpe; and South Costa Blanca, the area from Benidorm, through Alicante and on to Murcia and Torrevieja.
Both the North and the South Costa Blanca are blessed with excellent golf courses. This post identifies a number of the golf courses in Costa Blanca.
Costa Blanca Golf Courses
North Costa Blanca
Oliva
One of the best Costa Blanca golf courses is the Oliva Nova Golf Course. Situated south of Oliva, this resort, designed in 1995 by Seve Ballesteros, is open all year round and houses an 18 hole golf course. This Costa Blanca golf course is easily accessed from the motorways and can be reached from any of the North Costa Blanca towns within an hour. The charges are approximately 75€ for green fees.
Denia
Oliva is not the only town on the Costa Blanca with a golf course designed by a world famous golf star; Denia has the Club de Golf La Sella Denia, designed by Jose Maria Olazabel. A demanding 18 hole Costa Blanca golf course, was designed in 1990 and has a 20 bay driving range.
Javea
Moving further south along the coast, Club de Golf de Javea is a smaller 9 hole golf course, great for practice, it has a 20 bay driving range and two putting greens.
